The coastal resort city of Nice is coming to life after a cruel terrorist attack

    On July 15th, a horrible terrorist attack took place in the French city of Nice. In the afternoon, a lorry ploughed into a large crowd watching a fireworks display marking the end of the French national holiday (Bastille Day). About 84 people, including 10 children, were killed in the accident. Hundreds of people were injured.

    The promenade, where the attack occurred, was closed for visitors for two days. When police allowed people to visit the scene of the attack, mourners brought toys, flowers, and notes.
