Its principle of operation is simple: interacting with saliva, capsules which contain useful microelements burst and get into the body.

    The creators of the Soylent brand promise that the edible powder will contain optimal amounts of protein, carbohydrates and fat - as much as is recommended by nutritionists.

    One serving of miracle powder will cost $ 2.5, and after eating it, a customer won't feel hungry for about 5 hours.

    The lack of drinking water is one of the urgent global problems. Bill Gates, who was recognized as the world's richest person by the Forbes magazine, supported an unusual campaign - he invested money in the Omni Processor project, the creators of which have came up with an idea how to produce drinking water with the help of human excrement. The trial version of the project was launched last year in Dakar where a third of the population has no access to sanitation.

    Judging by the fact that Gates himself does not disdain to drink this water, the ready-made product is really clean.

    Gates invested in another interesting food project – vegan eggs. Biochemists from Hampton Creek Food invented this product. Powders of 12 plants including sorghum and peas are used to produce these eggs. The Beyond eggs, which is the name of this product, were firstly stored on the shelves of American supermarkets in 2013.

    The main advantage of a vegetable egg is that it has no cholesterol, antibiotics and harmful microbes. Bill Gates added that birds aren't injured while manufacturing this product.

    Anyang Kontrektor is the first engineer who was able to invent an unusual cooking method. NASA scientists have learnt about the innovative and presented the inventor with a grant for further research.

    Here is the way how food is printed: cartridges containing nutrients are inserted into a 3D-printer (their shelf life is up to one month), after which the device produces edible pieces.

The organization explains that the Asians have been eating rich in protein and other nutrients jellyfish meat for a long time.
