Pound Climbs To More Than 3-week High Against Euro

The pound registered strong gains against the 16-nation currency during Friday's North American session. As of now, the pound is trading at more than a 3-week high of 0.8321 against the euro, compared to yesterday's closing quote of 0.8380.
