Schiphol - an international airport serving the capital of the Netherlands, Amsterdam - launches an ATM that will allow travellers to exchange euro for Bitcoin or Ethereum. The airport explains that the machine is located at the departure terminal, because it offers travellers the opportunity to convert the remaining euros into two popular cryptocurrencies just before leaving the country.

The new ATM service - possible thanks to cooperation with the Dutch software company ByeleX - is currently at the beginning of the six-month trial period to determine whether the demand of travelers is sufficient.

"We hope that the Bitcoin ATM will provide passengers with a useful service, enabling them to easily exchange local Euros for global cryptocurrencies - Bitcoin and Ethereum. This can be beneficial if, for example, you can not spend the euro in your country."- says Tanja Dik, director of the Consumer Products & Services department at Schiphol.

These activities are undertaken at a time when other international airports are beginning to take the idea of cryptocurrency as a potentially beneficial additional service for their clients.

Earlier this year, the Australian airport in Brisbane also announced a plan to introduce cryptocurrency payment options for consumers making purchases at the terminal's outlets.

Let's now take a look at the Bitcoin technical picture at the H4 time frame. The golden trend line support has been tested for the third time around the level of $6,600 as the bulls are too weak to move higher towards the resistance at the level of $6,858. The upward momentum is clearly diminishing as well and if the trend line is violated, the bears will be in control of the market. The nearest technical support is seen at the level of $6,519 and then $6,300.
