Average entry points of bulls and bears

The value of average entry points of bulls and bears reflects typical levels, according to which the currency was bought and sold in different points of time. With the estimation of average entry points all currently opened positions, regarding their numbers and amount of lots, are taken into into consideration.

As a rule, the average entry points value of bulls are above the present reading of currency pair market rate, and the average entry point value of bears, on the contrary, are below the current market price of the currency pair at Forex market.

In case, if the current market price of the currency pair is below the bears` average entry point (currency pair`s sellers), then it is possible to suggest the formed slump of exchange trend.

In case, if the current market price of the currency pair is above the bulls` average entry point (currency pair`s buyers), then it is possible to suggest the formed rally trend.
