FIS Issues Medium-term Outlook

FIS (Fidelity National Information Services) has projected its financial growth plans for 2025 and 2026. The company's targets include an annual adjusted revenue boost of 4.5-5.5%, a yearly adjusted EBITDA margin expansion of 40-60 basis points, a per share annual growth in adjusted earnings of 9-12%, and a total annual return of 11-14%.

Furthermore, FIS has enhanced its share repurchase target to at least $4.0 billion by the end of 2024, a step-up from the initial aim of $3.5 billion. The company predicts it will return approximately $4.8 billion to its shareholders in 2024. Following this, FIS foresees share repurchases between $0.8 billion and $1.2 billion each year in 2025 and 2026, proffering total returns between $1.7 billion and $2.1 billion.
