Casino, Guichard-Perrachon has announced the successful accomplishment of its financial restructuring, which took effect on the 27th of March, 2024. Following this restructuring, Casino's share capital now consists of 37,304,080,735 shares, which account for 37,351,145,246 theoretical voting rights. The restructuring led to a shift in control of the Casino group in favor of France Retail Holdings. The trading of Casino shares is set to recommence on the forthcoming Thursday morning.

The company also has some planned transactions slated for April. These include a reverse share split of the shares, along with a decrease in share capital via a reduction in the par value of the shares issued by Casino.
